We were greeted when we arrived and were allowed to browse,asked iv we would like a tea or coff ee while we looked.when we had chosen and asked for help we were seen to straight away.could not have asked for better.

I wanted a mattress and they were displayed and I was able to try them out and decided the firm one would suit me.

The manager at the Bournemouth store James was perhaps the most lovely person I have dealt with in retail! I was buying my first ever bed and he was fantastic in helping me! I've worked in retail myself for a few years and person as helpful and cheerful as him is really rare! Very helpful with any questions and really seems to enjoy his job! I normally dread shopping but he made it simple and easy! Will definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family!

We explained our health issues regarding back and neck problems. James showed empathy and understanding.

James was very knowledgeable, was obviously not feeling great but went out of his way to help. He explained everything very clearly and even offered me a cup of tea!!

We went in wanting to get a good quality mattress for our child and were guided through the different options clearly and quickly, this enabled us to choose the right mattress at the right price.
