Dreams - Bournemouth

We were approached immediately by an assistant who offered to help. When we told him that we wished to be left to look by ourselves, he left us alone until we asked for assistance after which he was extremely helpful courteous and knowledgeable. He advised us when we asked for advice but was never 'pushy'.

From the moment I entered the store I was met and assisted by most excellent & friendly staff, without being pressurised in any way. Store layout and bed options were easy to understand and navigate.

The member of staff who helped showed us all the different ranges of beds and helped us to decide what was best for us. He explained the "construction" of the beds and what their recomended applications were , ie back problems etc.

We discussed our needs with James M and he answered all our questions clearly. He demonstrated good knowledge of the products. We were treated with politeness and good humour; we were made to feel welcome.

We bought our current bed and mattress at Dreams in 2008, we still love both but our family has grown and we need larger bed. I visited Dreams in Poole but was not overly impressed, researched Bournemouth area and found one Dreams shop on Castle Lane West. I was hoping to find bed we would fall in love with and mattress comfortable at least as the one we have now. I did two trips to the shop, one on my own and following day with my husband. Lady that attended me called Rachel was lovely, was carefully listening to what I was looking for, she made me feel welcome and I did not feel like I must buy something. On my first visit she gave me a quote for a bed and mattress that I thought we could eventually buy. Following day my whole family came to the shop, Rachel was really nice to us again, she gave us great service, took my husband around, was very patient and helpful. We ended up buying lovely bed, amazing mattress, bedside tables, pillows and mattress protector that I am sure we will enjoy for many years to come. Rachel also offered delivery within 6 days on Monday but today I got a call from Dreams asking if I wanted Saturday delivery within few days instead. Amazing!

Our sales assistant Seckin was thorough, friendly and extremely polite. He made us feel very welcome and we were able to have a laugh and joke with him. All in all we would highly recommend Dreams to friends and family. We went to the store because our daughter has recently bought a new bed and she received the same high standard of service from Seckin. Many many thanks.

From walking into the store to leaving I found Edgar to be extremely friendly and attentive. He was very informative and patient whilst we were making our decision. We didn't feel pressurised or rushed which helped to make our experience extremely pleasant and relaxed.

Seckin went out of his way to explain the products, allowed us to try them and then left us alone to make our minds up
