Edger the assistant was helpful but not too pushy. I gave him my requirements and he was able to satisfy my needs. I had been on your website to find the products I wished to purchase prior to the visit. He gave me the opportunity to purchase additional products but I declined. Very happy with the experience and the speed in which we're able to make the delivery. Free delivery was a bonus.

We were served by Edgar in the Bournemouth branch and he was very nice and polite.

My family and I made a number of visits to the store whilst researching what type of bad and mattress we were after. At each visit the staff were helpful, friendly and polite. They discussed our needs, answered any queries we had and helped make the selection process efficient. When placing my order the Price Match was honored which was important to me.

The store manager James was very clear and informative. He did not hassle us to come to our decision and aloud us time and supported us to come the right choice of mattress. Plus we were offered a coffee.

I previously had a very poor service from Dreams many years ago. I did not want to purchase from Dreams but my partner insisted we look becayse of its convenient location. I was pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by a gentleman within a few minutes, however, at that time my partner wanted to look for himself. Several minutes later Rachel came over and asked if we knew what the colour coding meant and would we like it explained. From there she was able to ask the right questions enabling us to determine the type of bed which would suit us. We explained that we had a budget and she happily started showing us from the lower priced items but moved us on through until we found a bed we were both happy with. In addition whilst my partner and I were discussing our options she ' made friends' with our young children keeping them entertained enabling us to concentrate fully. I phoned to reschedule the delivery date and again was met with the same enthusiasm. She was polite, knowledgeable and not rude or evasive as my previous experience had been. ☺

The manage in particular who helped me with my sale was very attentive and informative - an exceptional knowledge, all my questions were answered immediately

Rachel was lovely, very helpful and answered all of our questions. She made shopping for our new mattress a very pleasant experience.
