The assistant was friendly helpful,(not pushy),polite and very knowledgeable and able to explain every part of the product bought very well.

Rachel at the Bournemouth Branch (338) was extremely helpful and very welcoming from the moment I stepped in the store. She looked into details with my bad back problems and really tried hard to accommodate me and give me the best possible bed with comfort. She explained the deals well and gave me great incentive to buy today. I was hesitant at first but Dreams really helped me to find a good deal and work out a good finance plan. Thank you to Rachel for her help today! Can't wait for delivery!

The assistant understood what difference the age of my mother who was purchasing the mattress made to everything, she is 91.

The salesperson was very helpful in helping me select the bed I was after, the prices were really good and affordable. Delivery was quick and easy and the people were very nice and efficient. Especially with the time slot and texts received with the phone calls.

Both Rachel and Edgar were very thorough in their explanation of Tempur and demonstrated excellent product knowledge. Clearly Dreams have invested in training their staff which for me, as a customer, is very reassuring. The charisma and professional demeanour of both these employees instilled confidence in my purchase decision. Whilst they had different styles, they were both very personable, approachable and friendly. There are no negative aspects to report from my experience at Dreams Bournemouth. Dreams set a high benchmark for other retailers and will certainly receive my future custom.
