Friendly staff who were on hand but not pushy

Staff were very friendly offered us a cup of tea whilst we were browsing and couldn't do enough to help just a very friendly branch , will definitely go back

My experience with dreams was a very pleasant one,the assistant was helpful but then left us to discuss on our own so no pressure which is always nice

We were greeted in a friendly way. We told the sales assistants we wanted to look around before making a choice of mattress and they didn't try to follow us around but were on hand to answer any questions. The were both very helpful and were able to answer all of our questions. We didn't feel pressured in any way to purchase a particular mattress. We took our parents with us who also purchased a mattress and they were happy with the staff and the shop. We found both Rachel and James friendly and helpful in every way. The delivery team were helpful and arrived when they said they would which was not our experience when we purchased a mattress many years ago. They were also friendly and helpful.

Efficient friendly staff. We had been round a number of stores and this was the first one that greeted us as we came in and gave us time to look around.

We were welcomed when we walked in and the shop assistant offered us a hot drink which made us feel welcome. There were loads of types of beds available to try and we were encouraged to do so. The shop assistant had a thorough knowledge of the products available which was reassuring.

Upon entering the showroom we received prompt assistance. Edgar was very knowledgeable,genuine and helpful. We went away to think about the purchase as it is a big commitment, Edgar wasn't pushy at thall is moment but told us if there is anything we could ring him. We did decide to buy the bed and even changed our minds at the last minute and Edgar was very helpful and patient with us and the kids.
