The service from the staff, especially Edgar who served us was excellent. He helped us without being pushy and was extremely knowledgeable about the mattress's we were looking at. We didn't really have the intention of buying at that time, but due to the friendliness and knowledge of the staff we didn't want to look anywhere else.

Friendly service, not overpowering, pushy or 'in your face'. Recognised when my partner and I wanted to discuss between ourselves and gave appropriate space. We weren't intending to buy on this visit but did!

On entering the store the staff greeted us warmly and even offered coffee. We were allowed time to familiarize our self with store layout, before being asked if we need assistance. On asking for information the member of staff was well informed and we got a quote in a couple of minutes.
