James was extremely professional friendly and highly knowledgeable. We learnt a great deal. And will definitely recommend this store to all our friends. The tea was very welcome too. Happy sleeping at last.

Edgar was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the mattresses on offer and explained all the features. There was no hard sell and we were able to browse at our leisure. He even made me a cup of tea which was very welcome. We'll definitely be using Dreams again.

Rachel was very welcoming and offered her assistance soon after we arrived. She was happy to let us take a browse after a short helpful explanation of the colour coding. When she returned we were able to discuss our preferences and comfort issues. She soon had us matched up with our personal ideal pillows, which I liked so much I bought one. She offered some good advice and was very friendly (not at all pushy). She then provided coffee whilst we placed our order. Would happily recommend.

Excellent customer service and werent "hassled"by the sales assistant. We weren't pressured at any time but were given the best beds available in our price range. We were given a chance to lay on them and then we chose the best bed available to us.

Seckin the sales advisor greeted us straight away and offered us tea or coffee. He explained the store layout and showed good product knowledge. There was a pleasant and friendly atmosphere in the store and we never felt under pressure. Very happy, thank you very much. Really impressed with delivery time too.

Clearer signage of available products as there was confusion when looking and nearly walked out of shop to order online.
