Dreams - Bournemouth

Good product, reasonable price, friendly sales assistant.

This morning we went to "Dreams" to look for a guest-bed. We were welcomed by James and were offered a coffee! Although my husband and I had a fair idea what we were looking for, James really explained all the points that are so important when buying a bed, he took the time to explain everything we wanted to know, and more! James answered all the our questions very clearly, which was particularly nice as I am of Dutch Nationality! We would recommend Dreams (and James!) any time!

Quick polite service

Entered store and were greeted by Rachel. What an asset she is to your business. Friendly, knowlagable and efficient. She listened to what we thought we wanted asked a rough budget and although the store in Bournemouth is small she was able to direct us to the beds she thought most appropriate. We made all of our purchases in a really pleasant friendly environment and when we left on a handshake Rachel said how much she had enjoyed serving us. What a great thing to say. Service of this quality is a rare find in this day and age.

Helpful service without being hassled

We were very pleased with our overall sale. The gentleman who served us could not of been more courteous and we were treated to a first class service. We were offered tea and coffee. He spent time understanding our needs and going through the different aspects of the wooden bed frames and mattresses.We are very pleased with what we have bought. We went to dreams on a recommendation from our Son and was not disappointed.
