What a wonderful team you have at this store , James and Edgar both spent time with me , listening to what I wanted and guiding me to the product that met my needs. Both had a brilliant knowledge of your products and arevery well mannered. I loved the fact that I could book a delivery that fitted in with me. I was given all the time I needed , having a cup of coffee while papper work was completed. Taking advantage of your 60% off bedding I purchased a duvet cover too.

We had been on the Dreams website so we really knew what we were looking for and the price we wanted to pay. A bonus for us was that there was a 10% price reduction on all items that day! The base frame we had chosen was not on display as it was a new item and the showroom could not at that time accommodate it in its assembled form, however the assistant was able to open a non assembled box in the stockroom for us to see the true colour. His product knowledge and 'going the extra mile' achieved the sale.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the products. All questions we had were answered and couldn't be more helpful. We will definitely recommend to family and friends. We were expecting to wait at least 3-4 weeks for delivery but when we were told a week we were very impressed.

We found the product we wanted at an excellent price. The store assistant was knowledgeable but not pushy, and the delivery timescales were amazing!

I purchased a Radiant SK H/B Oatmeal Headboard but it was only later that evening I felt I had made a mistake because I have an electric point behind my bed which would have created a problem with a headboard of the Radiant design which came down to floor level and would have blocked-out access to the power point. The problem was resolved however the next morning by discussing the matter with your rep and a new "Escape" headboard was ordered in its place. Maybe this problem should be highlighted for future clients reference.
