Dreams - Bournemouth

We have been very satisfied with this July visit to Dreams, and with previous purchases in October 2011.

James approached us immediately, very friendly and very helpful - I thought we'd be in there for ages but all very fast and very happy with our experience / will definitely shop at Dreams again

We found exactly what we were looking for and the manager, James, was very helpful and really nice.

we had all our questions have been answered and the shop assistant was very helpful and lovely. this is the 2nd bed we have bought from dreams.

My wife and I were very impressed with the product knowledge and helpfulness of the assistant. The general impression of the store was good - layout and lighting. We felt we wre under no pressure but that the assistant, Rachel, was trying to understand our situation and wishes.

Friendly and helpful staff

I went to the store multiple times as I was not sure what I wanted to buy and what my budget was. I had a lot of help from all of the staff in this store, with James and Edgar in particular. They offered me beverages and answered every single question (a lot!) quickly and thoroughly. I was very impressed with the level of service provided and decided to purchase from Dreams, even though cheaper offers were presented to me at a rival. Overall a 5 star experience from Dreams Bournemouth.
