The service was really good. Rachel was helpful and very polite. Mattress being delivered fairly soon, which was great.

I needed a new mattress for my double bed and saw the sale advertised on the window. I had no idea about the type of mattress that i wanted and so needed to trail some and get some advice. Firstly the sales adviser asked me if I wanted any help and greeted me warmly within a few minutes of entering to store. He gave me the opportunity to look at all of the products and then offered his expert advice when i had had time to look on my own. His style was non pushy and he knew everything about the different types and style os mattress. Some where even in the store and ready to take away- this appealed to my buying style. I felt under no pressure but hugely reassured that this chap actually really knew his products. He wasn't into the hard sell but clearly into customer satisfaction and the information allowed me to make an informed choice. I didn't purchase at that time but went back within the hour based on his customer service skills and the product which he recommended. As a single lady shopping for a mattress I felt safe, informed and managed with dignity.

We were hosted by Rachel, who showed a great deal of knowledge about he beds and mattresses in store. In particular, she took on board our requirements and didn't waste our time trying to sell something that didn't suit. Rachel was very attentive throughout and ultimately clinched the sale by treating us with respect and generally being a decent sales rep. She is a good ambassador for Dreams

The lady attending to us was very good and full of helpful information, if she was not sure of an answer she did not bluff but said give me a couple of minutes and I will check.

The assistant was so helpful and knowledgable. Apart from all the staff in Lakeland, it is extremely rare to get this kind of service elsewhere.

Edgar and Manager James were super friendly and extremely helpful. They took the time to understand my requirements, suggested various options and showed me different models available - both in store and online. I didn't feel rushed and their advice enabled me to make an informed purchase. Excellent customer service - happy to recommend and will be back in the future.

James M was courteous, knowledgeable, & nothing was too much trouble. He was comprehensive in his explanations of possibilities. We also received a cup of coffee!!
