Good, enthusiastic support from James, Store Manager with our purchase tailoring our purchase to our needs. Thank you to him for his help and support.

The team member who served us had a great knowledge of the products, was friendly and professional and took time to ask us questions to find out what we needed and why. They explained the terms and conditions carefully and were helpful answering questions. They also were not too pushy with trying to secure a sale but made sure we had all the information we needed to make a decision and frequently checked out how they were doing with answering queries.

The sales rep Rachel who took care of us made it as easy as it could possibly get. I've tried several stores several brands and the one that I ended up loving was dreams. High high high quality. Im happy.
