Dreams - Bournemouth

I was served by Edgar who was extremely friendly and helpful. He was confident in his knowledge of product which comforted me in making my choice and choosing the best possible product. The store was clean, prices were fair and overall I was extremely satisfied with my visit.

The shop assistant, Rachel, in the Bournemouth, Moordown store was very good. She was very personable, listened to what we needed, and arrange the sale and delivery of the perfect mattress for us in an enjoyable and expedient manner.

Edgar was very knowledgable, his assistance was great, gave me the information but was not pushy, gave me space to decide on which mattress I wanted

We were given a detailed description of the various products in a simple understandable manner

The attention given to us by the members of staff was outstanding. They made us feel at ease should we wish to just browse or actually ask questions and receive assistance. This meant we were not annoyed by overly pushy staff, while at the same time, once we knew what we wanted, they were at our disposal. They were also very knowledgeable about what they were doing and the product they were selling. This made us feel very at ease with our buy.

James was knowledgeable and so helpful me and my husband didn't have a clue but James helped us for nearly 2 hours and we chose the right thing and he was not pushy just a fantastic sales person 10 out of 10 I have already told to other people to go to that store which they have done so and make purchases

The lady in the store took time to make me feel welcomed and made me feel comfortable enough to look at all options, she spoke to me about what I was looking for and recommended suitable products but also allowed me time to make my own decision. She was also very knowledgable and friendly.

Rachel was extremely friendly and helpful- she really took her time to make sure my teenage son felt like a valued customer and chose a suitable mattress.
