James helped me choose the ideal mattress for my wife who will be returning home from Hospital soon after breaking her pelvis. I must admit i was in a slight state of panic on arrival at Dreams, but having purchased from you some years past and being very satisfied then. i automatically opt for you again, and how pleased i was. James listened to my plight and "bingo" he took over and produced exactly what i had in mind. A great guy. I left Dreams, a very satisfied customer.

The store I visited only has mattresses and beds. I was expecting then that I would not get what I needed today. However, the lady that attended me, Claire, have been so helpful to find out exactly what I needed and assured me that she will be able to help me with what I needed. I ordered a lot, some were not available, but she offered alternatives that were lesser or about the same price but similar to what I needed. She also made buying easy by doing them for me and even made it better by giving other options and trying out the products or showing the product on the computer. She offered a service plan that makes my purchase last. The store manager James has recommended ways to get most value for money. After all was completed, I felt really have to get the things I needed without any stress.

Assistant was very helpful as I have'nt had my bed yet I cannot comment on the quality of matteress.
