Rachel the lady that helped us was really knowledgeable and patient with us while we tested all the mattresses she suggested, she seemed to understand exactly what we were looking for. She also didn’t mind that or 16month old kept destroying all the displays, even after being told not to numerous times.

The staff were very freindly & attentive they were very helpfull i suffer from a very bad back pain so the staff advised us on what would be the right kinda bed would be best the overall experience was brilliant well done to your staff very satified & i will be telling all my family & friends how satisfied we were.

The store lay out was placed in a way that was easy to navigate and choose a bed from, the store advisor ( Seckin ) was very helpful and had a great knowledge of the beds and helped us pick out a suitable matress. Was offered tea and coffee in a friendly mannor and was no rush or hassle to purchase a matress

James is a great manager. Very friendly helpful and wasn't at all pushy. He was the main reason we decided to buy felt very comfortable with him.

I visited the shop because I had seen a bed online I liked the look of but wanted to see it in reality to check quality. I was pleased to find the bed there and Rachel who assisted me was extremely helpful and pleasant. Because of her I returned the next day to buy the bed - the Wilson D B/S Grey Fabric Ottoman and Insignia Ashdown 1600 D mattress - from the Bournemouth Westover branch rather than in London where I live.
