Dreams - Bournemouth

I've been to four different retailers today looking for the perfect bed. Dreams had a great range with reasonable prices. Rachel who helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful and I had full confidence placing an order.

Just as I was sitting down to watch Brighton vs Southampton with a cold isotonic hop-based refreshment beverage (or four) my wife suggested now would be a good time to go shopping for a new mattress. Imagine my unbridled joy when I was forced, under pain of massive nagging, to drive to your Bournemouth store to lie down on a series of increasingly comfortable mattresses. To top it all off we were immediately approached by a salesman who offered to help in our down-selection. "Great" I thought, how difficult could it be to choose a mattress! However, I had badly misjudged how knowledgeable and helpful Seckin was. I eventually had to admit to myself that he actually knew some serious stuff about the massive range of mattresses available and we settled down to some serious testing. Once we had selected our chosen mattress he ran us through the various buying options and we settled on a cracking price. The fact that Seckin turned this into a pleasurable experience was a flipping miracle given my initial mood at missing the football. Top marks my friend.

Rachel was very enthusiastic but not pushy. She guided us in the right direction and left us to decide what we wanted without hovering over us. When we had questions she was very knowledgeable about the products.

We were attended to immediately and not pressurised

The lady in the bmth store was really friendly and spent time listening to our needs

Walked around the assistant didn't bother us I then asked if he could help he was very knowledgeable of all the products I wanted a bed for my daughter he helped us throughout our buying process fantastic service thank you xxx
