Rachel was fantastic. She welcomed us into the store and took the time to understand what we were looking for. We are new to the area and Rachel took the time to recommend a number of eateries in the area which was great. We also had a problem fitting the item into our car so Rachel kindly offered to personally hand-deliver part of the item on her way home from work. We have never experienced such a selfless act of customer service.

My wife and I went to the Westover Park store to view a potential bed frame before purchase but unfortunately the specific frame wasn't available to view in store. However, the quality of Dreams products really speak volumes and so, bearing in mind the money back guarantee if we didn't like it in the flesh, we purchased the frame anyway. James M was our sales adviser and he was very knowledgeable and made us feel extremely confident in our purchases. He took us through the ordering process and, being black Friday too, showed us some very keenly priced extras that we snapped up with joy! My wife often says I don't enjoy shopping unless it's for shotguns or old cigars but on this occasion we genuinely enjoyed our spree and came away jolly pleased with our swag! James was a top man and actually stayed open for us to finish our jaunt without hurrying.

Edgar, the Dream Colleague, was very welcoming and friendly on my arrival at the store but in a way that did not make me feel pressurised in any way. He listened attentively to my requirements, and was immediately able to suggest a number of options that would meet them. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product range and went carefully and comprehensively through options such as colour/storage etc. The purchase process itself was simply and quick. Edgar did an overall excellent job, and well exceeded my expectations.

I was initially satisfied with a service i received prior to visiting the store which was an online chat service. They helped me to know what i wanted so i had an idea before going to the store. Whilst i was in store i was assited by Rachel and ahe was brilliant. She explained the different matresses and made us feel confirtable. She was not pushy at all and undrrstood our needs. She made our visit and xhouce of bed very person centred. Will definatly visit again and recomend.

This was my first visit to the Westover Retail Park in Castle Lane West, Bournemouth store and the aim was to get an idea of mattress options and price so I could compare against other stores. The manager James went through all the options and helped me to understand the differences between each mattress so that I could decide which ones were more suitable for my needs. He suggested a special pillow which was reduced from £100 to £20 for my neck and back problem, which I bought. I plan on returning to buy a mattress from James in the near future. Excellent service thank you!
