Rachel from the bournemouth (338) store was so helpful and enthusiastic. She made shopping with 2 Kids in tow much easier than expected, providing drinks etc for us and the kids. Can’t wait to get the bed and mattress delivered next week!

Very knowledgable staff very helpful

We had no problems with store or your staff we felt was not to pushy, but knew the products nd explained them to u in manner which we could understand. The name of the member of staff was the Bournemouth store Manager JAMES.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff understanding our needs and budget that we quoted. Allowed time to browse and try without feeling pressurised into buying. Very pleasant experience.

The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The discount on offer and free delivery was very good. We were able to take our time and try out the different mattresses in the store. Also the 30 day period where you can use the mattress and then return if not satisfied is very good for customers. We hope that the delivery goes smoothly on 5 1 18.

From the minute we walked into the store we felt at ease. The assistant Edgar was very helpful indeed. He listened to our needs, and showed us a few mattresses which we tried. He asked us questions and also answered our questions, which we have never experienced before when purchasing a bed/mattress. While we were making our purchase and arranging a delivery day another assistant made us both a lovely cup of tea. We were made very welcome, and not pushed into buying something we didn't want. We had everything explained in detail. We told them how pleased we were with their help, and would recommend them. We cannot wait to get our new mattress. 2 very satisfied customers.

Edgar, who assisted us with our purchase was very helpful & knowledgeable. The mattress was delivered this morning & all to our satisfaction.
