Friendly and helpful service fromEdgar, who patiently answered all of our questions. The purchase process and arranging a delivery date was concise and efficient with full explanation on the post sales process should anything go wrong.

The assistant was excellent. He had very good product knowledge, was polite and helpful. Everything was explained fully.

When my wife and I arrived, we were greeted by James the manager, who asked us what we were looking for. We explained that we were only looking for a new mattress. Then we were asked if we would like a tea or coffee as we browsed. He then explained the difference between the types of mattress, and told us to try them out. This we did over a period of two hours. We then decided on the one that we hoped would suit us, which he readily agreed and said that if we did not like it within 30 days we could change it for a different one and pay the difference. We then went to pay for the mattress, and we were offered a specil deal on new pillows, which we also bought. A delievery date was arranged and we left the shop very pleased with the service.

The sales adviser was extremely helpful and courteous and the whole process was quick and efficient.

Edgar and James in the castle lane store were fantastic they were busy but both made time to help us while we made our choice. James gave brilliant advice and had fantastic product knowledge. Edgar processed our order swiftly efficiently and greeted us politely when we arrived. Even made us a coffee. The store itself looks great it was spacious well lit and clean.

Rachel was so very helpfull and patient. We had our 2 children with us and Rachel was fantastic with us and them. We weren't rushed or pressured into a purchase and were told all of our options clearly and repeated when we got confused. Excellent sales assistant and a credit to the store

Customer Service was excellent and I never felt once pressured to purchase a bed from the staff. James shared his knowledge freely with us about the different types of beds and what may suitable for our needs ‘as we are getting older now!’ They offered a hot drink and biscuits whilst the purchase went through and we laughed as all stall were called to decide on the correct pronunciation of my address! Great Team Well Done

0n the 27th Dec 2017 I visited the dreams Store in Castle Lane West BH9 3JS. The purpose of the visit was to purchase a new Bed Base unit. On approaching the store, I noticed how professional the store looked in layout and cleanliness, "A good shop window." On entering the store and having a quick browse through, I was approached by a smart salesperson who welcomed me, and offered any assistance , should I require it. (he was named James) I took his offer up and he showed me the various options going into great detail to ensure that my choice would suit my needs. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful, without being pushy. (Top Marks) I was given some a cup of tea. The paper work was explained to me in great detail, copies of which were given to me. My bed is very comfortable, I am pleased with my purchase. Excellent service. PS when I can afford it, I will return to buy a new mattress. Mrs J Sampson.
