Dreams - Bournemouth

I needed a new mattress;prior to visiting 'dreams' I had provisionally confirmed which kind of mattress would be 'in-sync' with my latest 'sleep patterns'.Still I considered my options with the assistance of the personable and helpful 'seckin'....my original 'first choice' was on site and I k/o'd others in favour of my original choice.....efficiency isn't 'everything' but it will always give customers more confidence in their decision making.THANK YOU.

Karen had excellent customer service skills and James was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Both did their jobs to a high standard, resulting in a purchase

I went to west over park to browse at first the manager named James was very helpful offered us a coffee and explained all the colouring of the mattresses Witch was very helpful then left us on our own so we could carry on looking .we found a bed we liked we went back to see James he explained if we did not like the mattress we could get another one between 30 and 40 days to make up our mind . at no time we were pressured into buying would go back again if deeded to

The manager James was engaging, helpful and listened carefully to our requirements. We were welcomed with a cup of tea. He made useful suggestions as to which bed we needed and the deal was done quickly and efficiently. He had several customers in store at the time and although he was alone in store spent time with each of us. I didn't feel rushed and he was very polite.

James M was on his own in the store due to staff sickness, but despite this he was very helpful and impressed us with his product knowledge and high standard of customer service. He covered all options, offers, deliveries and warranty, and the whole.process was easy and painless. We will certainly be back.

THE ASSISTANTS WERE VERY HELPFUL GOOD EXPLANATION OF ALL PRODUCTS AND ADVISE ON WHICH PRODUCT WAS SUITABLE FOR OUR NEEDS .WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS FOR PURCHASE OF A NEW BED OR MATTRESS. FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING STAFF.

Customer service/product choice good

James was very professional - but not pushy in any way. Couldn't believe we were offered a hot drink whilst we were browsing and even told to lie on the beds in the show room! Never have we received such an invitation. There was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase on that day.

Staff very friendly and helpful without being pushy. They explained their system and then left you alone to make your choice, but were there if you had any queries.

Easy to see what we wanted. James knew his stuff. Very helpful. Apologetic that we had to wait for assistance from him which wasn't a problem.
