James worked late for half an hour to help me, without complaining & kepy up his high level of customer service. He was very knowledgeable & thoroughly advised me of the product information. James was very approachable, personable & professional. I will go to James for my next purchase.

James served me and seemed to know what he was talking about, telling me about each bed as I tried it out. He was very patient with me being very indecisive. The Cloud Pillow he introduced me to is wonderful I cannot wait to go to bed.
