Dreams - Bournemouth

I was highly impressed with Edgar in the Bournemouth store, he was polite and professional. He had a good balance between helping and giving me space to try the beds. The manager was also helpful.

The manager, James, was very helpful and listened to our needs and advised of the best scenario. We bought two double beds for our sons and additional mattresses. He took his time and gave us all the options available to choose from without being a "pushy salesman" as we have experienced in previous other bed stores.

This is my second visit to Dreams, the first was for a new bed base that I ordered on that visit. My second visit was to look at a mattress. The store was in an immaculate condition, clean, tidy and full of promise just as I would have expected as of my first visit. I was met by a salesman named Edgar who was extremely cooperative and knowledgeable, a very important part of a company, being that they are the shop window. I was invited to have a cup of tea/coffee while we discussed my potential purchase. I chose what mattress suited my requirements, and was given all the know how of my choice, including the Insurance cover, price, delivery data, etc..I was given the opportunity to lay on the mattress to test for comfort, very pleased with the whole outcome. Top marks to Edgar, a very nice pleasant salesman, he knew his job to a tee. On my first feed back, I stated the facts about obtaining a new mattress at a later date, and yes I have kept my promise, and done so. That proves that you know your business very well. Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The items purchased were at sale price . A cup of tea was provided whilst I decided!

The assistant who assisted us in Salisbury store was extremely helpful. (Wish I caught her name, bobbed blonde hair!) She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, was helpful and supportive without being pushy. When the product wasn't available she phoned round other local stores to find the mattress. So helpful

all the questions i asked were answered very well and helped me decide which mattress was right for me
