From the moment i stepped into the shop, James (I think that was his name - store manager) was extremely friendly and helped me through the process. He recommended i try out the machine (forgotten its name) which was extremely good ya recommending a mattress for me. The service, product knowledge and friendliness was the best I think i’ve ever experienced!

Siobhan who assisted us was great, very knowledgeable and we instantly warmed to her, great customer service skills as well.

Choices were narrowed to our automated top choices using the Dreams high techonlogt bed computerised selector ( not sure of the exact term) Then lovely Laura had the knowledge of all her products helped us a lot of getting choices easier.. me and my husband was very happy of the experience over all and the purchase we made. Can't wait to have our bed delivered!!!

We were treated with respect even although it might have resulted in a no sale. The staff were patient awaiting our choice of first and second preferences and then final choice.all aspects of the sale were explained including accessories, insurance and delivery arrangements.

Laura greeted us as soon as we entered the store and offered assistance, but giving us the option to browse if we preferred. She was very pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable about the mattresses that would match our requirements. She was patient and gave us plenty of time to try out various mattresses as many times as we wanted.

Welcomed to the store on entry and offered assistance immediately. All our questions were answered and we were taken around the store to try out as many mattresses as we wanted without being hurried or pressurised.
