James allowed us time to make our decision unpressured but was there to answer our many questions honetly and knowledgely.

I visited the website and was pleased with the selection for the price I had in mind. However I needed to delay my order delivery as I was moving house, so went into the castle lane west, Bournemouth store, and the manager James Madigan was very helpful, swiftly and comprehensively finding what i required and filing me in with all the details.
