Extremely helpful sales assistant - Edgar - who could not have been more helpful. in fact I bought a bed from him on the 13th April 2018. Edgar was most efficient and helpful - nothing was too much trouble hence I returned on the 28th April to purchase another bed.

We have just returned from Spain after 15 year's and the knowledge and assistance we received inthe Dreams store was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble, a very good shopping experience.

The manager was attentive without being obtrusive. He knew his products and his help was greatly appreciated.

James was very knowledgeable and provided just the right amount of help without being pushy. He understood our needs and was fundamental in making us feel comfortable and helping us to make the right decision. We are happy with the mattress we selected and may yet return to purchase the bed base. Thank you

Edgar the assistant together with James were very helpful and easy to deal with and we were offered a good price.

I felt the level of service was excellent and I could see that James subject knowledge was of a high standard. I also believe that James identified that I was a serving member of HMF and offered me the in store discount for which I felt was fantastic as usually in other stores I would have had to ask prior to purchase. Very pleased with the whole customer service set up, for which I will be returning next month to purchase my sons mattress.

James was very understanding with my urgency of delivery and understood my need for the type of mattress I needed. Very friendly service I would recommend dreams every time and have do everything to 2 friends already. Thank you very much for your time and hospitality.

James was super helpful, very knowledgeable and genuinely friendly without being pushy. We were left to try out beds and pillows in our own time and James was there when we had additional questions. I was thrilled that the whole visit was much easier than i had anticipated - in summary I was "chuffed to bits"!
