I visited one of your stores in bournemouth (B338) with my father and little brother (who still has his balloon our adviser James gave him) after a quick browse James offered us coffee and started tailoring my order to my wants and needs he was very knowledgable of the products and made sure my purchase went smoothly with all the extras needed. He even helped carry my goods to the car I will be recommending this store exceptional service

Your manager James was very helpful and explained the differences between the range of mattresses we were looking at with a view to purchase. We were given all the time we wanted to wander around your showroom. thank

James was brilliant, he was polite, knowledgeable, asked the right questions to understand our needs. We left to think over what we wanted and returned later the same day to purchase. Both visits James offered us refreshments and biscuits. We weren’t rushed and the whole experience was very informative and we would not hesitate to recommend James and his well organised store.

We just wanted to order a bed and mattress, and indeed that is what we did in about 10 minutes, James was remarkable well mannered and explained all we needed to know promptly and efficiently, and we felt he wanted to get us the bat deal you had for our pocket
