I was warmly greeted when I arrived at the store. Laura asked me what I was shopping for. The bed I was interested in was not in store but she was able to show me a fabric sample and showed me a similar product so I could test the ottoman opening. As a first time bed purchaser, Laura explained to me about the different types of mattresses and showed me options within my budget. She was very friendly and encouraged me to try everything. Once we had decided on a mattress and bed frame, Laura advised that she was still quite new to role (which surprised me given her knowledge and confidence in the Dreams products) so she would ask her senior colleague to assist with the finance process to ensure it was organised properly. Her colleague was just as friendly and supportive and they were very efficient. I didn't feel pressurised at any stage and had all my queries answered in depth. While they were both serving me, there were other customers in store and I noticed both Laura and her colleague greeted them and acknowledged them politely and professionally whilst the finished with my order and I thought they were both an exceptionally good advertisement for Dreams.

Polite and welcoming staff, good knowledge of the product we were interested in.

James was very knowledgable and gave us plenty of time to think about our decision. He did not pressurise us. He allowed us to make our own decision on which mattress.
