We were immediately greeted in a friendly manner by the store manager James which was pleasant due to the customer service we were met with at benson for beds previously that day. Dreams was a much smaller shop however the customer service made up for it and I did not feel intimidated nor patronised like how I did by the staff in Benson for beds. James showed me all of the options for storage and as a younger customer I appreciated being told all of the promotions and being given the time to explain what i wanted.

Good price and a quick delivery hopefully Although a high price to dispose of the old mattress only

Our sales colleague Seckin was friendly without being pushy and was very knowledgeable about his products. He couldn't have been more helpful and also made excellent coffee. Our bed arrived exactly when expected on July 4th and the delivery team (2 very smart, polite young men) were very efficient. Thank you.

I bought my mattress from the Bournemouth store and was served by Laura. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, asking me questions about my needs to understand what the most suitable option would be. I also found out she had only been there 3 weeks so very impressed. Thank you
