Dreams - Bournemouth

Whilst bed shopping I have been to other competitors who have shown no respect, but as soon as I entered the dreams store I felt like a valued customer without even having made a purchase straight away. I was greeted, my needs were listened too and my needs were met by the range of products I was shown, demonstrated and tested myself. The whole process was simple, the store was immaculate, filled with products and supplied with colleagues with all the knowledge of how to assist and answe my questions.

We were welcomed into the store by the manager who was sat at his desk. He said to take a look around and he would help us out if we needed to know anything. After about 5 mins of browsing he came over and told us about all the ranges and the way beds were colour coded to make things easier in the selection process.

James the manager was extremely helpful with helping us select pillows & mattress from the tempura range.
