We have been needing to buy a new bed for a long while and both my Husband and I weren't looking forward to trying out beds. We did not need to worry as from the moment we walked in, we received a warm and friendly welcome from James who explained about the different types of mattresses and how the colour coding worked. He advised us about how to get comfortable and for how long. He offered us a drink and was available should we need him. He was helping another customer but he kept checking that we were ok and letting us know that he was there.

In a very comfortable setting we were greeted enthusiastically but without pressure. Salesman was very friendly and offered and supplied us with a complimentary coffee. He was not pushy, listened attentively and was very knowledgeable about the products. We were given plenty of time to sample the products and make up our minds. The service we received was without fault and we would certainly recommend the store to others. The salesman is certainly a great ambassador for the company.
