Very pleasant customer service and knowledge of products

The salesman was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He was not pushy and made us feel comfortable and that nothing was too much trouble. This was the first store we visited and his approach, product knowledge and easy manner made sure it was the only store we visited. Great service.

From the moment we entered the store we were asked if we needed assistance which we did. We were impressed with the knowledge of the person who helped us decide on our purchase.

I like the selection of beds on show. I had visited the store with a particular bed in mind and my husband and I were able to see the bed in situ and were given comprehensive information about the mattress choices available . I liked that we didn't feel pressurised into making a decision and that were able to lie on the mattresses to gauge which would be the best option for us.

Laura as a new member of staff was very knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for. We thought we wanted a soft mattress but ended up with a medium tempur mattress due to my back, not something we would have considered. Laura got us to try different mattresses as well to see the differences. Would thoroughly recommend Laura and Dreams at Westover Retail Park. I really hope Laura passes her probation as she is an asset.
