James the sales manager was an absolutely gem. He advised us in great detail the benefits of each mattress and was available at all times to answer any questions or queries that we had. He was attentive without being pushy and left us to peruse the choice of beds at our leisure. His knowledge of the products available was a great asset to us making our final decision. The whole atmosphere was friendly and relaxed and with his colleague Laura also made our visit a pleasure.

The Manager and staff were very helpful and informative but not pushy. The beds were arranged with plenty of space around them making examination easy. We were not put under any pressure to make our decision. Excellent experience
