Assistant was helpful and informative, understanding our requirement for a rarely used second bed and not trying to oversell something not needed.

Laura was very helpful and alerted me to the possibility of insurance cover which included the possibility of two complimentary mattress covers. She also gave me a small discount on the second cover.

I had an idea what I wanted in my head and Laura kindly helped with the colour of the frame and finding the right mattress which would suite me as I suffer with neck problems.

Greeted when entered the store. Very friendly, helpful and obviously very knowledgeable sales person provided help. As a result managed to quickly decide what we needed and purchased what we wanted. Very satisfied.

My six year old son and I were given excellent help and advice by Laura the Dreams Colleague who showed us the different mattress options in store. Laura showed me which mattresses were within my budget as I had specifically requested this and she explained various payment options clearly to me. I would recommend the Dreams store I visited and the Dreams Colleague, Laura who assisted me with my mattress purchase.

Member of staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We were the only ones in the store but he was very attentive. He followed his sales process well and didn't miss any of the additional items ot up sell, he almost got me on the pillow :-)

Was greeted by a friendly young man who explained all the different types of mattresses to me. When I finally decided on my choice he explained to me about the mattress and choices of colours and headboards. Was asked if I would like a drink as soon we were seated to place the order. All very satisfactory. Would highly recommend

James provided excellent customer service and also reasonable suggestions, made a lovely cup of coffee as well
