The shop sssistant, Laura, was so friendly and had a lot of knowledge about the mattresses.

Laura the sales assistant went out of her way to ensure we got what we wanted. Suggesting that as they didn't have the actual product in the store at the Westover branch we could experience the bed and try out its facilities. We then went to Poole and received the full demonstration confirming it met our requirements. Thank you Laura.
