The sales assistant Edgar was very attententive but not pushy. He guided us in a very snesble and undertanding way to the conclusion of our purchase and was very courteous.

the store manager James was extremely helpful, he listened to what we were looking for and showed us the range of mattresses which would be suitable for our needs. Everything was explained very clearly and he was very friendly and approachable. He allowed us time to look at and try different mattresses and we were left to do this without being pressured in any way

The store was easily accessible and the staff were very welcoming. The offer of refreshments was much appreciated and the staff were very knowledgeable and informative without being overly driven. They built a good rapport with us asking appropriate questions to identify our needs whilst answering any questions we had and offering the best advise to help us decide on what to purchase. A very good focused service much as we received may years ago when we originally purchased our wooden bed frame from Dreams which is still in extremely good condition.

I explained what I would like to purchase and was shown products that were relevant to my requirements. I was given practical and very helpful advice by the salesperson and shown other products that such as pillows. There was no pressurised selling. I found the salesperson showed genuine interest in my purchase and very knowledgeable about the products in store. The sales procedure was very prompt and efficient. I’ve shopped in the same store previously and it was due to the customer service at that time that I returned on this occasion without hesitation or the need to ‘shop around’. Excellent all round service and customer care.

All assistants were extremely friendly, full of knowledge and left you to browse at ease, outstanding customer service !

My needs were met and understood by the seller. Edgar was patient and explained everything we needed to know.

Intended to only purchase a replacement mattress but ended up buying an entire new bed, base, headboard and mattress due to their non pushy approach.

Edgar and James were very helpful and had great product knowledge. I went in to the store planning to spend approx £800 on a new mattress to help with my sore back, but ended up spending £2,700 on a completely new bed. Great service and not pushy at all.
