There was plenty of choice in the store. We could try out the mattresses in the store. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

We had some problems with the previous mattress company and eventually it was resolved but lost some money. Dreams made us at ease and especially with the help of your lady sales staff "Laura" who was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and a very pleasant lady.

The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy.

While waiting we were offord Tea or Coffee. Then we obtained all the questions we asked regarding our purchase, and the purchase was carried out to a very high standard.
