Staff were very helpful in terms of everhthing...even they offered us a drink and gave ballonsto my little one so really happy with services...

We knew nothing about beds. James explained the difference between the mattress types plus how they affect posture etc. No sales pressure, over friendliness or know all comments. Just the sort of assistant who is a joy to find. He encouraged us to take as long as we need and we were ages. Answered all our questions simply and we thought honestly. Also the Moordown branch is not huge which makes choosing simpler. Definitely recommend and revisit.

We were greeted by Laura . She listened to our requirements for a bed and mattress .she gave us a lot of information she had a really good knowledge of the products and was extremely helpful.She explained the various deals available and with all the advice she gave us we were able to select a bed and mattress most suitable for our needs . We were offered drinks and also given 4 pillows which were part of the deal. Laura was very professional and friendly .She has a lovely personality and is a credit to your Company.We left your store very happy with our purchase and the way we were treated . Thank You Laura
