help i got this was the 1st bed i had to get as my wife has just passed away the help i got was very very good

We `knew what we wanted having seen in a newspaper that the eve mattress was highly recommended.The assistant immediently took us to the mattress and we tried it for comfort.When we were told the price and that it was lower than we expected we ordered two mattresses.The assistant completed all the paperwork and we left very satisfied.

Laura was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the visit and I compared several products before making a decision. I had originally intended to spend around £500 but with the information I was given it was easy to make an informed decision and spend a little more for a product better suited to my needs. I am particularly glad that I visited a store, rather than placing an order online, because whilst I may not have known what I could be missing the fact is that I would probably have missed it

The two ladies that assisted my husband and I when looking for a new mattress we're extremely helpful and friendly, was offered a cup of tea whilst going through our order which I thought was fantastic customer services, a lot of companies could do with taking a leaf out of dreams way of assisting customers, so happy with the way we were treated from start to finish and would definitely recommend dreams to others, I can't remember the 2 ladies names but the branch was next to pets at home near muscliff lane, overall my husband and I were so pleased with the whole way we were helped from the ladies in the shop to the friendly delivery men, keep up the good work
