James was very helpful, and went through all the types of mattresses on offer in great detail. Answered every question we asked very clearly. We didn't feel any pressure while in the shop, and James had no problems when asked more questions about the mattress we were deciding on.

Very friendly and patient

On entering the store we were greeted by James the manager who was very welcoming. He gave us time to browse alone and when we needed assistance was very informative. His knowledge was excellent. We were given refreshments as we shopped and gave us plenty of time to decide on our purchase We would definitely recommend this store as it was a very pleasurable shopping experience The store is set out very well to a high standard and made it very easy to recognise the beds which were suited to us. James customer service was tip top Very pleased overall

Laura knew her subject, no flannel, listened carefully to our needs and produced a very satisfactory package. James provided much appreciated information.

Confirmed the availability over the phone. The store was quiet but both staff members were courteous and knowledgeable.

The assistant was very product knowledge and advised of excellent alternatives to our ideas when we entered the store.

From the moment we walked in and were greeted til the moment we left, we were very impressed with the level & quality of customer service. I myself work for a high end retailer who pride ourselves on customer service Laura had the whole experience for us absolutely spot on. Not at all overbearing, offering tea & coffee while we browsed before offering assistance when we requested it. I have back neck & shoulder problems and she was very knowledgable about the mattresses which I tried together with a suitable pillow. We we able to make a purchase of not only the mattress but also a lovely bed frame too. Laura is a real asset to your company, she truly does have excellent customer service skill and I would like for her to be made aware of our satisfaction if that is at all possible. With the training I receive, which is always ongoing, it can be tedious at best sometimes when customer service is lacking. That most definitely wasn't the case in this instance. Thank you Laura! And thank you Dreams. Now looking forward to a better nights sleep in the very near future!

I needed assistance in selecting the right bed and headboard for my needs. Edgar was extremely patient and helpful. He explained everything clearly and didn't pressurise me to buy.

Laura and James were very thorough in their explanation of different products and knowledgeable. They came across with good passion for what they did and i got a feel of the mattress i wanted, which was my primary reason for entering the store. They made me a coffee, also good skills and were efficient in the transaction.
