The colleagues Laura and James were very helpful, they knew exactly how to help us, and they didnt pressure us at any point, we were in there a while trying the beds suggested by the machine and even though we did pass the closing time, they did not express any issue with this. They were friendly, approachable and attentive. They made the process easy and pain free.

Extremely friendly and welcoming member of staff. Took the time to listen to our needs and find the ideal product to match what we were after. He offered us tea and coffee whilst we were looking around and showed us the bedding range in store and all the different pillows to try out. In which we purchased also. Over all very satisfied, would go back to Dreams again in the future. Thank you
