Excellent service

Sales assistance Laura was very attentive but also giving us time and space to look around. We were greeted when entering the store, offered a drink when placing our order and given extra pillows when trying different beds. Overall a very positive experience.

We were served by Laura, she greeted us and asked us what we were looking for and then offered us a drink. We had a cup of tea and explained to her the sort of Bed we were after. She showed us some options and let us look around. We found a Bed we liked and explained to her that we would like to lie on it just to see if if was what we needed firmness wise. It was so we decided to purchase it. She showed us some Pillow options and was generally very helpful.

We were highly satisfied because when we first entered the store we had no idea which mattress to choose - our current one had lasted us for 20 years. We were confused initially but with the expertise of your assistant 'James' and the results which we received from 'Sleepmatch' technology we sailed through it. The great thing about it was that we were given as much time as we needed to try several different mattresses and James had a great deal of knowledge regarding the mattresses which were stocked by your branch.

The Store Manager James at this branch is incredible. A real asset to your company. This is the 3rd new tv bed we’ve purchased in 18 months. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Edgar is also a delight to deal with. No high pressure sales, just good old fashioned customer service.

We went looking for advice on choosing a new mattress and that is exactly what we got. We were show to your machine which processed our requirements. I am always a little sceptical about gadgets like this much but it did give us a short list to try. We were advised well by Edgar in the Bournemouth store, and ended up buying a fairly high-spec mattress, new duvet, pillows, sheets and covers, so we must have been happy with the service.

James, the store manager was very helpful, explaining the different types of storage , the difference between the drawer storage and ottoman, also the quality of mattresses and pillows. The whole visit was excellent

Excellent customer service and great knowledge demonstrated the prices were more than I had planned to pay but there was no pressure and we were given time to think about our choice
