Dreams - Bournemouth

We were just looking for a mattress, but after using the Sleepmatch and jumping on all the recommended beds, the assistant also showed us the 900i and we were so impressed with the product, we knew we wanted it (gadgets are a winnner). The assistant was friendly and knew everything about the products, she offered us drinks while we browsed the showroom with her. Then, she gave us some privacy to decide what we truly wanted. We didn't 100% agree on the firmness of the mattress, but as there is a 40 night sleep guarantee, we were happy to commit to a decision. The process of ordering was easy and the delivery was booked within 3 working days. Looking forward to receiving the the bed. Thank you Charlie

I visited the store on several days before my purchase with questions about my intended purchase. Laura was extremely patient, understanding and very knowledgeable about the products selected on my sleep experience. She helped me make my choice and I am 100% happy.

All the staff greeted us as with smiles as we entered the store, you can’t get friendlier than that. From start to finish our visit was fun, friendly and informative. We bought our last Tempur from Dreams, now we’ve upgraded and bought a luxury Divan too. We didn’t enter the store expecting to buy more than the Tempur, but with your discount, low price and superb quality, we just couldn’t say no to a new bed, our Ikea bed frame was too low and uncomfortable. All the staff were so lovely, especially Laura who assisted us throughout, even offering us a cuppa too. Superb!

I visited myself and tried the comfort machine, the employee was very helpful and informative and not at all pushy. I returned with my husband 2 days later and had the same experience with a different employee, we were given the time we needed to try different beds until we made our decision, at no time did we feel rushed or like time wasters, I would definately recommend.
