Our server, Jeanene was FANTASTIC. She frequently checked on us, made sure drinks were filled and when my spouse changes his mind on wanting loaded hash browns, she smiled and took his plate and genuinely was happy to ask the cook to add a few toppings. She was so sweet, she makes me want to come back! Even though I know she was super busy, she kept her head high with a big smile. We truly admire that coming from the food industry ourselves! Keep up the good work :) May I add, Cherie who was a cashier was extremely kind and asked if our food tasted good and whatnot. I used to go to Shari’s all the time as a kid and it hasn’t changed a bit! It’s so warm and family friendly, great job!

Jeff was a spectacular server - ahead of the curve in each interaction, anticipating what I wanted before I thought of it. He's an asset to your restaurant.

Great service team, great menu

It was a long line for Sunday morning breakfast but waiting time was that bad, limited parking space is the problem though. We were greeted and sat down and followed by services, didn't have to wait long since it was a busy morning. Then, we requested to expedite our orders since we had appointment to run to; the waitress didn't promise but said she would try (which I found it was a honest answer and liked it better than an empty promise). The kids were having a great time, and that was all matter to me

Diana-our server, is friendly, efficient and helpful. She works hard to make sure that we have coffee, that the food is served hot and to make sure that we're happy.

Peggy the manager and her staff are always friendly and attentive. The food is well prepared and tastes good. also the prices are still quite reasonable. I also like having a coffee carafe on the table for refills.

Very efficient and attentive servers. I go out of my way to come here because Loren and Cheri take such good care of me like I'm a celebrity 😃

Jeffrey was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. My order was custom and he delivered exactly as I ordered. Great place to eat!

Good good & good service

The hostess greeter Jeff. A very large man, was nasty, rude, and challenged me. You need to discharge him soon as possible if he doesn't have a meltdown before then. Feel free to call me if you wish more honest information 206 550 5700. Everyone else there was delightful and efficient but he obviously did know what he was doing or talking about and appeared to be having a mean disrespectful approach. Quite frankly I've never been spoken to that way before. Ray H
