They me sit and work for extended periods

The girl that helped us out was very kind and attentive. She wasn't even supposed to be working and she still jumped on to help when it was busy. It's really nice to see a young person care about her co-workers like that. Excellent work ethic.

Our server was very attentive. When he easy busy another server made sure to check on our table. Our drinks stayed full.

Jeff was absolutely Delightful! He is part of what made my experience at Shari's so special. I also noticed how he was juggling many tables by himself and I was very impressed. It is so nice to go out and have such a kind, funny and enjoyable server. I was out with my mother-in-law and husband and we all have only good things to say about our experience. I personally know how important it is to receive recognition when it's deserved/earned and that is why I am filling out this survey, not for the coupon for a cinnamon roll but because Jeff is an excellent server and person and deserves to be recognized for it. We all loved his witty sense of humor and knowledge and I hope he gets a raise personally because I for one believe he has earned it! It is people like Jeff who will cause me to come back to Shari's and I hope that you will pass along this praise to him, we all need more positivity in our lives and Jeff brought that to our table :)

We eat here often it's close to home the service is fast and friendly the food is always good and Priced Right

Our server was fantastic!! He made our dining experience a very pleasant & a great one! Our server was Jeff. Each time we have him as our server, we have been very satisfied with our dining experience! When we have asked for changes in the items ordered, it is not a problem with our server or the kitchen. This restaurant never has an issue when we make any changes to items we order due to dietary issues. Thank you for the flexibility in cooking as needed!! Great job to Jeff for getting the order right and great job to the cooks for making the meal correctly! GREAT JOB!!

My server Alyexi was very attentive and I felt I was in good hands for my entire visit.

Loren was the perfect server. He was friendly, listened, heard our order and served our food just as asked for, made great suggestions but not pushy or overbearing, actually made appropriate suggestions (foods that would go well with what we were ordering) and perfect amount of attentiveness. Loren made us feel welcomed and should be a trainer for new employees if he’s not already because he is a great example that all servers should aspire to be. Thank you Loren!

First of all the waitress, Amanda, was exceptional. I am 66, live in a room by myself till i buy a house, so Im eating out alot these days. I see alot of waiters/waitresses and Amanda enjoyed serving! It wasnt just a job. Also, i had forgotten that Sherrys has the absolute best hamburgers than anyone. Even Red Robin, whose specialty is hamburgers. The lemon pie? It was ok. But then you're talking to a professional pie baker. For a restaurant, it wasnt bad. So thanks for a great lunch. Im getting my three sons and their families to come here!

My waitress, AmandaC, was very considerate. When I mentioned after eating only my sandwich, that I was not as hungry as I had thought when ordering, she immediately suggested she fix my salad and piece of pie to go Which she did, allowing me to be on my way. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness.
