The area where I live,one is given a choice between a Dennys or a Sharis within close proximity to each other. Three years ago I had an amazing display of service at a late evening visit at a Shari's located in Bend Oregon.The only way to describe that experience is that it seemed as if every waitperson was concerned about giving the best service possible, even if they weren't our waitperson. The point is that the good will that was generated in Bend Ore. is carried with me and makes my choice easy.

I am a satisfied customer of Shari's. My main purpose in doing this survey is that I would like to discuss with Shari's Senior management about them offering a sausage patty as an option to their various breakfast menu items. I like bacon but I like a sausage patty way better. So, with this note I am asking that you add a sausage patty as an option for breakfast meat.
