Drink refilled quickly without having to ask server. Quickly seated and quickly given a menu and asked for our order. Also, asked about the code on our last visit receipt and she quickly agreed that we could have one of the items (we chose Mozarella app - yum!). She checked back with us after we ordered and also offered my husband gravy with his potatoes (when he did get and enjoyed. Overall food was good, but my fish piece was overcooked tho the shrimp were excellent. Wish I could have had 2 more shrimp and no fish next time - will ask.

Every thing went well from the hostess greeting & our friendly waitress with helpful suggestions and rapid service including keeping iced tea filled.. However I Was disappointed that the new special lemon blue berry pie i wanted to try was already sold out -- way early according to our gal. Next time I'll go back to to ordering my pie first thing to be more likely to get it. I really love Key lime pie. When that special is on the menu it is very often all gone even by my early bird dinner time-so- If the pie is there when we arrive I order it then -that was I have a better chance to get it.

We had a short wait to be seated(it was only about 5 minutes. So worth the wait! All the food was amazing. Staff was great. Had a wonderful time will dine in again!

The staff were professional and personalble. And were attentive without being intrusive. A very comfortable dining experience.

Fresh, properly cooked vegetables, and always a great chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes meal. Unfortunately, there are no Shari's close to my home, so I always look forward to eating my breakfast or dinner when on the road at one. The service is always top notch.
