Friday is our Shari's day as my husband loves the clam chowder. We go other days for other choices, but Friday is a must! The chowder is always good, hot, and served promptly.

The waitress was very attentive, brought water frequently and seemed to want us to enjoy our meal. She was friendly, but not intrusive. We enjoy ordering from the Senior page, even then we took some home. We like to come to Shari's because we are very familiar with the menu. A real plus was Free Pie since it was a Wednesday!

Welcoming- the staff were fast to welcome me in and seated promptly. Communicative- the staff explained menu and specials. Also suggested I take a pie to go but I am traveling and cannot :(. Lastly - Friendly and accommodating with my meal prep request and allowing me to sit and work after I was finished with meal.

Tiffany (manager), Alexandra (waitress) were rare professionals. They made the whole experience a treat. The same goes for Genesis and Samantha at other times.

We go there once or twice a month, and the waitress we always want is Alexandra (she goes by Alex). She always spots us the minute we walk in the door and grabs menus to lead us to one of her tables. She has a special way of making you feel like you have a friend there. The woman with me told Alexandra about plans to visit the beach on Mother's Day, and a couple of weeks later when she saw us again she asked how the trip had gone. She remembers things like that, like I want Tabasco sauce, what we always drink (diet pop with a twist of lemon). Next time I go, I'm giving her a recipe I had told her about previously and that interested her. Eating there is like watching an episode of Cheers, where the staff and customers blend as one. I've never had a bad experience there. All the waitresses there are excellent with their fast and efficient service, but Alexandra is something special. I hope she's appreciated.
