I waklked into the shop hoping to find a bed i liked, upon inspecting the beds a salesmen came over and helped me find one which suited everything i wanted and was ideal for me without being too pushy about selling the bed and the whole process was easy

We had previously purchased a mattress from a competitor (BfB). After 14 weeks we asked for our money back, after 2 further weeks we received a full refund. How long did it take Dreams? 7 days! Wonderful service, both in store and the delivery team! If somebody was a good business model, it is Dreams. Congratulations to Dreams Burton upon Trent, exceptional staff!

From the moment we were welcomed at the door by Leanne, she was extremely attentive. She apologised when she had to leave us (to see to another customer or deal with a delivery), as she was on her own. Very friendly, still professional, and knew what she was talking about (or at least seemed to :) ). We would definitely deal with Leanne again; please pass on our thanks and appreciation to her from us!

I knew we needed to look for a mattress the gentleman Harvey asked us our needs and if we would like some help , yes he took us to most expensive one in the shop for us to try but then also took us to other one of the same level but different price ranges to give us an idea , he brought us 2 pillow and at the end left us to go round and try each one again, there was no pressure to buy one which I don’t like hard selling I like my time to look at options all he did say was the offer there had on the mattress I spent the most time on ran out on the Sunday but still not a hard sell! He gave me all the details told me about different ways to pay and other services available was so impressed with his knowledge came back on the Sunday and brought the mattress thank you Harvey

I am highly satisfied with my experience at this dreams because Harvey took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for and what he could recommend to me. It never felt rushed or forced and I felt comfortable enough to spend time laying on the beds which I didn’t in a different store. The wide variety of beds was also helpful as I got to understand the type of mattress I wanted. Any questions or worries we had Harvey could answer them confidently and to say he has only been there 8 weeks he did an excellent job. We were offered drinks and time to think before purchasing and overall would return to this store because of everything listed above. Thank you so much!

Harvey was brilliant with us.. explaining everything really well.. and showing us different options for mattresses!

Michelle was friendly and very informative. We knew what we were looking for and Michelle was excellent. The other guy there was friendly too.
