Excellent service and an immaculate store

Karl asked if we needed help but no pushy (which I cannot stand). He also offered for us to take the mattress match test on the special bed. That reassured our choice recommend rather than lying on 25 mattresses it narrowed it down to make an informed choice.

James made us feel really welcome as soon as we walked in and helped answer all our questions and helped us pick the right mattress for us

Really friendly helpful staff, not overbearing, a good balance of offering help and giving us time and space to look around. All questions answered, myvson who was with us (9) was acknowledged too.

I came to the store and found a bunk bed which we liked. The assistant was speaking to another customer at the time and I was highly impressed in his mannerism and how friendly he was. He was very knowledgable in explaining mattresses to the customer which impressed me. When he became free I approached the assistant and showed him the item I wanted. The assistant then showed me a mattress which met all the criteria I was after, so I purchased the items. The transaction went through so quickly and I was highly impressed. I would highly recommend to all members of public to attend dreams as you will by very happy with your purchase. A big thumbs up to the assistant he was brilliant in all aspects a very good asset to have on your team at Dreams. I was even offered a hot or cold drink which was a great gesture.
