The sleep expert (James) who helped me was very knowledgable, he listened to what I was after and took into account all my requirements. I didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase but after such good service and the sleep expert meeting all my requirements I was happy to purchase a matress there and then.

Karl at Burton was very helpful and knowledgeable about the mattress I wanted to purchase. First I did a sleep test to decide which mattresses would be suitable, a very simple procedure. I had a wide choice of mattresses to choice from in store and my order was dealt with very quickly and efficiently as I was pushed for time.

The salesman we had was brilliant. Friendly and knowledgeable. The bed was for our 14 year old son. The man was really good explaining the options. The whole experience was a pleasure. Thank you

Harvey at the Burton store was extremely professional, listened carefully to what we needed. I had my parents with me as the beds were primarily for their use, my dad is very hard of hearing and mum has dementia. Harvey wasn't aware of any of these ailments and his style of communication was inclusive and very professional but understanding as if he was aware there could be issues with mum especially. We were offered hot drinks and he was extremely attentive at the real level without it feeling false or forced. Great customer service, well done Harvey.
